Burglars gained access via small window.

Sometime between 3am and 6am February 10th, the convenience store at Pier-66 suffered a break-in and theft.

An undisclosed amount of scratch lottery tickets, alcohol and cigarettes was stolen. The amount of the theft is fairly substantial according to store staff.

Thieves broke the small window next to the post office boxes to gain entry.

The RCMP were investigating Sunday morning, with an officer on the scene taking photographs and gathering evidence.
